Amos Kesar was 11 years old when he debuted as Billy in the Kristianstad production of BETM. Amos is from Simrishamn.
Dancing has been one of Amos’s main hobbies since he was just five years old. He dances in several styles but his favourite is street dance. During his preparations to play the role of Billy at the ‘Billy School’ he has discovered that he really enjoys tap dancing too.
Amos is no stranger to the stage. Since the age of seven, he has been performing in musicals each summer at the Scen Österlen theatre.
Other than singing, dancing and theatre, Amos also like drawing, reading and gaming.
With his debut performance as Billy on 27-Sep-2025, Amos becomes the 382nd young actor worldwide to play the role in a professional, regional or community theatre production of the musical.
