Duluth’s cast is led by Tanner Hagen in the title role. This is Tanner’s debut as Billy. In what is an historical first, Tanner is the son of the actress who plays Mrs. Wilkinson in the Duluth Playhouse production of BETM. She is Jennifer Madill Hagen.
