Silas Santin makes his debut as Billy in the Copenhagen production of BETM on the Main Stage of the Opera House.
Silas’s previous performance experience includes Republique/Revolver’s production of The Caucasian Chalk Circle in 2022. He has also performed at MusikTeatret Albertslund.
Silas auditioned for the role of Billy in 2023. He was then chosen to attend the Copenhagen Billy Elliot School for a year, which involved weekly dancing, singing and acting classes. Silas was then cast as one of the three young actors who would rotate in the role of Billy in Copenhagen.
Silas’s debut performance on 20-Nov-2024 makes him the 369th young actor worldwide to play the role in a professional, regional or community theatre production of the musical.
