Jaden Shentall-Lee was 14 years old (D.O.B. = 23-Feb-2008) when he made his debut as Billy in Curve’s production of BETM in Leicester. Jaden currently lives in Dubai with his parents and younger sister. Some of Jaden’s family also live in Leicestershire.
Performing is in Jaden’s blood. His mother is Lisa Scott-Lee, who is one of the members of the multi-award winning and hugely popular UK pop band Steps. His father, Johnny Shentall was also briefly in the pop band Hear’Say. Together, Jaden’s parents now own and run Dubai Performing Arts Academy, which he attends.

Alongside his performance training, Jaden has also had success in modelling. He has done a shoot with high-end fashion magazine, Harper’s Bazaar Junior, and also walked the catwalk at multiple fashion weeks and events in the Middle East.
Playing Billy in the Leicester production of BETM will be Jaden’s first major stage role. Jaden’s debut performance as Billy on 14-Jul-2022 makes him the 325th young actor worldwide to play the role of Billy in a professional, regional or community theatre production of the musical.
