Luke Garbacz was 12-years-old upon his debut as Billy and is from La Jolla, California. He is a 7th Grader at Creative Performing Media Arts. Luke plays sax and piano and he also enjoys playing tennis and soccer.
Luke began dancing at the age of 10 at the City Ballet School in San Diego. He also studies tap with Tamlyn Orlando and voice with Karyn Overstreet.
Recent Performance Credits include: Jack in Into The Woods and Gavroche in Les Mis, both at North Coast Reperatory Theatre (NCR). He also played the role of Schroeder in A Charlie Brown Christmas for Pickwick Players.

The Garbacz family have produced a very talented acting trio, as Luke’s younger brother Matthew will alternate in the role of Michael in this production of BETM and sister Juliet will dance the role of one of the Ballet Girls.
 Upon his debut as Billy, Luke became the 142nd boy to play the role in the world.
